About

I've spent my career being an entrepreneur and product person. I started a company in college, Athleague, and spent almost 5 years making lots of mistakes before we got acquired - and learning how to create great products. I've worked in leading Product roles at Warby Parker and Avaaz - two very different organizations that taught me a ton. I got to explore how the entirety of a product can make a user feel impassioned, build confidence, and deliver on the promise of what's being offered. Today, I spend my time doing Product consulting work, helping companies level up their product game in all sorts of ways, and working on a soon-to-be-announced, mindfulness-informed social app. Separately, I'm a Zen Buddhist and have been practicing meditation for over a decade. After my first company was acquired, I took a year to travel and deepen my practice, culminating in spending a month at a Buddhist monastery in Ladakh, India. Today, I formally study with the Mountains and Rivers Order Zen lineage, and over the past five years, I've begun teaching as well.
