About

I am very excited to begin pursuing a PhD at Stanford University this coming fall! I recently graduated from Princeton University with a Mechanical Engineering degree and a minor in Environmental Studies. During my time at Princeton, I volunteered at Cornerstone Community Kitchen, serving and cleaning up weekly dinners, for Camp Kesem as a counselor, and as an Outdoor Action orientation trip leader. I also worked as a Bike Mechanic at CycLab (Bike Co-op). I worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Andlinger Center during my 2nd year, and as a Research Intern at Princeton Satellite Systems for part of my 3rd and 4th years. I also did independent research in the MAE Department's Computational Turbulent Reacting Flow Laboratory during my 3rd and 4th years. During the summer of 2023, I interned at Princeton's Seed Farm, where I learned skills surrounding integrated pest management, organic/sustainable farming, seed saving, and community engagement/outreach. I helped to expand it to 300% of its original size by the end of the summer, plant new heirloom varieties, plan events for local community partners, and research crops/compile information into a database.
