I build, invest in, and scale critical industry companies. I started as a venture investor in deep tech, then joined a high-growth satellite company as an investor, CFO, and COO, helping launch the first commercial optical communications satellite. I later led P&Ls and M&A at multiple defense tech companies completing special situation acquisitions across the U.S. and Europe and scaling the business across defense and commercial markets. I have also invested in companies such as Anduril, Hazel AI, and Legacy. I saw the same pattern repeatedly: strong technologies fail in the shift from prototype to production. Scaling requires manufacturing, certification, and supply chain depth arent aligned to traditional venture and private equity models. So I am building Pioneer1890 to fix it.
