I have developed a deep knowledge of blockchain and privacy technologies and their related legal and regulatory challenges. I am passionate about solving complex problems and bringing novel products to market in emerging and uncertain environments. As the Commercial and Product Counsel at Swirlds Labs, I work closely with the engineering, product, and business teams to provide legal and strategic guidance on the development and launch of innovative applications using the Hedera Hashgraph platform. I also draft, negotiate, and advise on various commercial and partnership agreements, as well as conduct due diligence and risk assessment of new opportunities. My mission is to enable and empower Swirlds Labs to create and deliver cutting-edge solutions that leverage the power and potential of blockchain.
