I spent the first decade of my professional life inside the halls of a Fortune 500 company. I spent the second becoming one of the most sought-out voices in the country on trauma, embodiment, and relational intelligence. What I know from inhabiting both sides is this: the missing variable in most leadership, culture, and wellness conversations — especially in a corporate setting — isn't strategy. It's the body — and the humanity it carries — that's been left out of the room. I'm Darshana Avila — keynote speaker, somatic educator, and the creator of the Erotic Wholeness™ Method. I work at the intersection of nervous system science, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive practice, and relational intelligence to help organizations, leaders, and professionals access the embodied wisdom that moves leadership, connection, and performance from pressure into presence.
