I help independent contractor businesses grow compliantly. Before GigSafe, I launched markets at Uber and founded Para, supporting hundreds of thousands of contractors and hundreds of IC businesses. I noticed a problem: Contractors were ready to work. Companies had the demand. But paperwork, credentials, and insurance slowed everything down. Contractors struggle to get what they need, companies struggle to verify it, and insurers don’t have visibility. The result: lost time, lost opportunity, and stalled growth. That’s why I built GigSafe. We make compliance simple - helping IC businesses onboard faster and helping contractors get the credentials and coverage they need to access work. My goal is to build the system of record that helps 10M+ contractors stay work-ready and thrive.
