Across multiple companies, I’ve helped raise over $150M in equity and debt from Seed through Series D, built finance functions from 0→1, and supported teams through pricing evolution, GTM expansion, and capital planning in both growth and constrained markets. My work has consistently centered on one thing: helping founders make high-stakes financial decisions with clarity before they become expensive. In addition to my operating role, I selectively advise a small number of early-stage SaaS founders as a fractional CFO. I’m typically brought in when runway assumptions, hiring sequencing, growth scenarios, or fundraising timing require experienced scrutiny. I keep my advisory work intentionally limited to stay deeply involved and hands-on.
