About

I trained as an architect, then spent a decade chasing the same question further upstream: not just how people move through a space, but how they move through a system, a product, a decision. That pulled me through a dual master's in London, Singapore, and Beijing studying how new ideas actually make it into the world, then into founding my own startup, then into Accenture's innovation studio helping Fortune 500 teams de-risk new bets, then into building 15+ products end to end — most recently as Group Head of Product at Utiliti Group, embedded across five portfolio companies at once. What that adds up to, underneath the different titles, is the 0-to-1 part: taking something ambiguous and making it real, then staying to make it work. At PLAYE, that meant designing and launching the platform, then staying on as Head of Product to scale it — a self-serve pivot that grew ARR to US$2M across 210 paying brands, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia as one of its largest clients. At Imua Studio, it meant running service design across 13 founder products, six of which shipped live.Based in Sydney, currently exploring what's next in product leadership, service design, or wherever the two
