From my time working on the Recent Alumni Advisory Council, I came up with my life motto- "Help a Younger You". In my work and personal life, I pursue and implement changes to make the world better for others, including other underrepresented and discriminated against populations. It is easy to desire change for your situation and surroundings, but the real work is planting a seed for a tree you will never be around to sit under.
