About

Founded Backpack (YC, S14), one of the largest cross-border marketplaces in the world, backed by Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Matrix Partners, SV Angels. Worked as the solo engineer until product-market fit, before scaling the team from 2 to 50+ people (15+ engineers). Have a proven track record as an entrepreneur, full stack software engineer and a tech leader. Started coding at 15. 8+ years of professional programming experience, with 6+ years as hands-on manager/tech leader. I enjoy working at the junction of engineering, product and business. Hacker in spirit. Generalist in nature. Passionate about building and scaling products people love and solving real-world problems.
