About

I have studied Management with a focus on the Food and Service industry specifically. I have worked and gained experience in different sectors of the industry including, the hotel/restaurant and bar, agri food industry and food processing industry. This industry is fun and ever-changing, posing lots of interesting challenges, which keeps me on my toes and provides opportunities to keep improving my own skills or gaining new ones.
