I read, write, invest, coach, speak, and build movements. I'm currently finishing the next book in the Never Alone series. I run the Never Search Alone movement, which to date has helped 45,000 people from college students to CEOs find jobs in this tough job market. In 2003, I started bringing peer-led Councils to Silicon Valley, and non-CEOs, for the first time. I launched with Amazon, Google, and others and today we at Collaborative Gain run Executive Councils (VP, CPO, CEO), and Associate Councils,(for rising stars in product management). I coach CEOs and Chief Product Officers in the AI world. I run World of Business Reading Group, which is a pro-bono business literacy program based on Warren Buffet's shareholder letters. We run a major high school summer program and are rolling out our first public adult class this fall; I started Slow Art Day with the simple goal of helping people learn how to slow down, look at and love art; I also give talks and guest lectures. Right now I’m on a speaking tour about AI and about Never Search Alone and I'm just back from a tour of Asia.
