Having started in strategy consulting, I’ve gone on to lead diverse teams as a Project Director for Google’s Kormo Jobs, where I motivated a team of 30+ to become the top-performing group across three countries, aligning big-picture goals with individual aspirations to drive results. As the co-founder of TurnQi Advisors, I’ve also built a strategy and compliance firm serving high-profile clients, including the University of Ottawa and top startups in emerging markets. Additionally, my roles as Chief of Staff, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Business Officer at various points have allowed me to help people drive growth, structure partnerships, and build ventures from the ground up.
