Operating at the intersection of technology, business, and community, I bring a systems lens to technical leadership focused on how technology shapes people, and how people shape the systems they build. Over the last decade, I’ve led engineering and product teams across B2B, B2C, and SaaS, building everything from growth platforms to mission-critical business systems. At the core of that work is a focus on strategy under real-world constraints, strengthening leadership and team growth by reducing complexity, clarifying tradeoffs, and translating direction into durable execution. I’m most often brought into spaces where: • business and technology meaningfully influence one another • people, process, and product must be in alignment • culture becomes a strategic input that shapes execution (not an afterthought) That same lens extends beyond work into long-standing community and philanthropic leadership, including active involvement in Rotary.
