Josh is a Founding Partner at Synthesis Ventures, a firm dedicated to creating a better world by investing in seed-stage software businesses. Synthesis Ventures prioritizes investments that harmonize societal good with financial success, focusing on companies that contribute to healthier, happier, and longer-living consumers, as well as more productive, efficient, and equitable organizations. By balancing impact and returns, the firm aims to create lasting value both for society and for investors. Previously, Josh was an investor at Sidekick Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund investing across enterprise technology and consumer sectors. Prior to that, Josh worked in M&A Strategy at Accenture, advising Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors on their inorganic growth. He most recently served as Interim CEO of Snacklins, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) startup, where he led the company through a transformative period, driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives that fueled its growth and market expansion. A former student-athlete at Princeton University, Josh applies the same principles of leadership, teamwork, and discipline to his work in venture
