About

I’m a cofounder at Catalyzed AI, where we help organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable operational leverage. We design and implement AI-enabled systems - workflow automation, internal tools, and learning infrastructure - that improve efficiency, decision-making, and speed to value across complex organizations. My work focuses on identifying high-ROI leverage points inside messy ecosystems: auditing current systems, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into deployable solutions that deliver results in weeks, not quarters. I partner closely with executive teams, operators, and investors to ensure AI initiatives actually compound, across talent, processes, and performance. In parallel, I serve as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at FOHE (Future of Higher Ed) and cofounder of Mind Shift Collective, a builders community operating at the intersection of education, psychedelics, and emerging technology. These roles keep me close to policy shifts, workforce dynamics, and the next generation of learning and credentialing models. Insight I regularly apply to enterprise and portfolio contexts.
