I bring over three years of hands-on experience in logistics and operations coordination, most recently at Everest Global Freight Services, where I managed over 200 FCL/LCL import shipments monthly, tracked air freight, and ensured timely deliveries—avoiding late fees and optimizing client satisfaction. I’ve worked closely with major carriers like CMA CGM, Maersk, and Evergreen, handled bilingual communications in English and Mandarin, and provided clients with real-time market insights to support cost-effective decisions. My background also includes leadership roles, technical skills in Excel and CargoWise, and a sharp eye for streamlining logistics processes.
