About
I bridge the gap between world-class technological innovation and institutional multi-generation enterprise execution. As a family business operator for Grupo Espinoza—a diversified Peruvian conglomerate with a legacy spanning decades and a workforce of 1,400 employees—my focus rests on professionalizing governance, expanding strategic partnerships, and accelerating corporate growth across our multi-sector holdings. Operating with a deep footprint across Peru's primary economic hubs—including Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Cusco, Ica, Chimbote, Huacho, Ica, Pisco, Canete, and Barranca—our group drives regional development at scale. We serve as market pioneers, leading the transition to cleaner energy as the first to deploy LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) to the B2C general public, while commanding the second-largest Toyota automotive dealership network in the country. My foundation as an operator is backed by an academic track across Berkeley, Stanford, and Harvard, alongside a decade of building in Silicon Valley. I first entered tech as the Founder & CEO of SmileyGo, a Berkeley SkyDeck-incubated platform indexing 1.5 million NGOs across 30 countries, backed by the 1517 Fund, Frank Baxter, Jack Larson and Haas Seed Fund. This framework allows me to bring modern venture-scale deal flow, global ecosystems, and advanced digital transformation strategies directly back to our core family business infrastructure. Diversified Enterprise Footprint: Leading corporate strategy across a multi-sector economic infrastructure spanning Energy, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Mobility. Global Venture Ecosystem: Investor in 20 startups. Served as VP of Business Development at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group supporting 100 diverse startups. Keynote & Academic Leadership: Delivered 300 keynote speeches for Microsoft, Meta, and Salesforce. Gave the TED Talk "Build the Bridge" (21k+ views) and served as a lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Author: authored Differences That Make A Difference (#1 Latin International Business Book Award, featuring a foreword by Pat Gelsinger and contributions from Eric Schmidt and Reed Hastings) and The Real ROI: Return on Inclusion (featuring Michael Dell, John Hennessy and Shellye Archambeau). Impact: Spearheading Pan Peru, which has empowered 100 female entrepreneurs, built 13 libraries, given 10,000 children access to STEM education, and reforested 15,000 trees. Honors: Recognized as a HITEC 100 Winner, Goldman Sachs NextGen 30 Under 30, BMO Silicon Valley 40 Under 40, and a LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Technology & Innovation Awardee.

Autoespar is a leading mobility company in Peru. We are the second largest Toyota dealership network in the country. With presence in Lima, Ica, Puente Piedra, San Martin de Porres, Comas, San Juan de Lurigancho, San Luis, and San Juan de Miraflores. We are also the second largest Hino dealer in the nation. We commercialize Toyota vehicles, Hino trucks, offer original Toyota parts, Hino parts, in addition to B&P, service, maintenance and fleet services. As Vice Chairman of Autoespar, a leading Toyota dealership network in Peru, I spearhead strategic initiatives to integrate sustainability and eco-innovation into automotive operations, aligning with global climate goals. Key achievements include: -Pioneering Eco-Friendly Automotive Practices: Led the implementation of water-based body and paint (B&P) ovens, making Autoespar the first dealership in Peru to adopt this advanced, low-emission technology. This shift significantly reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants, minimizing environmental harm and setting a new industry standard for sustainable vehicle maintenance and repair in Latin America. -Driving the Hybrid Revolution: Positioned Autoespar as one of Peru's top dealerships for hybrid vehicle sales and specialized servicing, promoting low-emission mobility solutions that cut CO2 emissions by up to 50% compared to traditional vehicles. By empowering customers with reliable hybrid options and expert support, we're accelerating Peru's transition to greener transportation, supporting national efforts to combat climate change and reduce urban air pollution. These efforts not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to broader environmental stewardship, fostering a more sustainable future for Peru's automotive sector.

Pan Peru USA is a 501c3 nonprofit that empowers women to become entrepreneurs. This social venture was founded in 2018, with the mission to train and equip the next generation of Latina makers in the Andes. Pan Peru has built 13 modern libraries, constructed 9 computer labs, empowered 10,000 children in STEM education, replanted 15,000 pine trees, built 9 greenhouses, and hosted 10 medical mission trip campaigns. My nonprofit Pan Peru USA has donated 14,000+ books and volumes donated, 500+ chairs/tables, and 50+ laptops/PCs/tablets. Our 9 greenhouses have produced 10+ tons of fresh produce and organic agricultural products. Our water reservoirs have a water capacity of 1,000+ cubic meters.
