70% intrapreneur, 30% entrapreneur. Essentially an innovator and change maker. Human-centered AI isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the edge. I’ve never been one to follow a traditional path. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve zigzagged across Fortune 500s, government teams, scrappy startups, and my own entrepreneurial ventures. Each chapter taught me something new about building programs, leading people, and staying curious. The through-line: Operationalising innovation while nurturing the humans at the heart of it. At PwC, I got to work on bold, complex health transformation projects. At Austrade, I had the privilege of flying the flag for Australia’s world-class industries, as well as internally on the integration of Invest Australia into Austrade. Then came the startup ride: as Head of Ops & People for a fully remote, seed-stage team, I scaled our systems and culture across continents, and helped prove that small teams with big hearts (and good Notion docs!) can do extraordinary things.
