When I was six, I was excited to prepare for the annual school trade by selling items I deemed unnecessary at home, often surprising my parents. By age twelve, I started earning money teaching programming to younger kids. At fourteen, I created T-shirt designs to fund my CD collection. At fifteen, I was accepted into Moscow State University to study Quantum Physics, and by seventeen, I launched my first company with schoolmates. This marked the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey in 2000. I am Dr. Pavel Vinitsky, CEO and founder of Synexis—a next-generation AI-native OS for private market deals. Synexis validates and prepares startups for fundraising, making them VC-ready while providing enterprises and investors with curated, rigorously vetted deal flow and AI analysts to manage sourcing, screening, memo writing, and matching 11x more capital- and time-efficient.
