About

I help companies, governments, and universities build innovation capacity using Disciplined Entrepreneurship, the MIT methodology I've taught and developed alongside Bill Aulet for 15+ years. Co-author of the upcoming "Disciplined Entrepreneurship: Finance for Founders" book (Wiley, 2026). My current obsession is AI-driven Disciplined Entrepreneurship, combining the power of AI agents with the proven 24-step framework to accelerate venture building. As an MIT Teaching Fellow, I helped launch the MIT Bootcamps program and taught there for 10 years. Delivered 20+ bootcamps and innovation programs for governments (Estonia, Colombia, Serbia) and accelerators (MassChallenge, Techstars, Singularity University). Created the Disciplined Accelerators playbook, based on 100+ interviews and deep dives with some of the most successful accelerators. Serial founder with 25+ years of scar tissue to prove it and experience across healthcare, fintech, VC/acceleration, HR tech, B2B software, eCommerce & consumer apps. Born in Iași, Romania. Ran a marathon in North Korea. Drank cow blood with the Mursi tribe in Ethiopia, frog poison with the Matses in the Amazon. Learned Spanish via Tinder in Chile.
