About

My journey combines building technology systems and endurance — both in business and on the racecourse. Whether leading a company or completing an IRONMAN 70.3, the principle is the same: resilience, adaptability, and clear execution win. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with companies at the point where growth starts breaking systems — helping them modernize architecture, scale delivery, and move beyond MVP into production-ready platforms. At Ardas, I lead a 200+ team focused on building and scaling enterprise SaaS across fintech, healthcare, logistics, and other complex domains. I also co-founded Stripo, Yespo, and Reteno — SaaS platforms used by 700,000+ users, including Fortune 500 companies. Earlier, I worked as CTO at Sunryde, scaling a micromobility marketplace — building for scale, reliability, and operational control. Today, Ardas focus is clear: becoming an AI-native delivery organization. That means not just using AI tools — but redesigning how teams build: – structured AI-assisted development workflows – governed code generation and verification – production-ready systems with full ownership and observability I’m deeply involved in shaping this operating model — from arch
