Never in my wildest dreams did I think the chaos of my childhood would become the blueprint of my career. I grew up in the collapse of the Soviet Union— when factories shut down, banks failed, and the future disappeared overnight. That’s where my obsession with reinvention began. Not as a corporate slogan. As a survival strategy. I was determined to understand one thing: Why do some people and organizations rise through disruption—while others fall apart?
