About

Education | Talent Cultivation | Pipeline Building | Strategic Partnerships As Associate Director of Instructional Hiring, I am passionate about ensuring over 7,000 D.C. students have a wealth of opportunity through the impact of great teachers and staff. As a former teacher in Baltimore City Schools, I believe strongly that educators, mentors, and leaders are the cornerstones of our schools and integral in the partnerships we form with students and families.
