Ana was the Head of Operations of Mubadala Ventures (part of Mubadala, a sovereign investor), where she worked closely with the investment team and was responsible for all operational aspects of running the business. Prior to Mubadala, Ana was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she advised portfolio companies on M&A, business development, and capital raising. Prior to a16z, Ana was a part of the Technology Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs, where she led cross-border M&A and IPO transactions for a variety of technology companies. She began her career at KPMG in their deal advisory services practice.
