I have over 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry in a range of residential settings- limited equity homeownership, senior living, and student housing. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for, and with residents. Currently, I am the MIT Director of Residential Renewal and Renovation in Housing and Residential Services stewarding the approximately 3 million sf, 6,000 bed undergraduate and graduate portfolio. I have a Master's degree in City Planning from MIT, where I also significantly cross-registered in the Center for Real Estate. I am fluent in Spanish, have project executive experience and strategic communication and public presentation skills. I prize interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to build great teams that get results.
