Al is a psychotherapist, Culture Ecologist, and regenerative leadership facilitator who companions leaders and organisations through the depth work that surface-level change can't reach. He draws on depth psychology, ecological philosophy, somatic practice, and two decades of working at the intersection of the inner life and the outer world — because he knows that how we live quietly shapes how we lead, and that the culture of an organisation is only ever an expression of what's alive — or no longer alive — in the people who hold it.
