I lead a segment of DoorDash's Enterprise Restaurant Ads business — part of a global advertising business that has scaled into the billions in annualized revenue and become one of the fastest-growing retail media networks in the industry. I've helped build this segment from the ground up into one of DoorDash's largest enterprise advertising businesses. I've built and led a sales leadership team that grew to as many as 6 sales managers, together responsible for a combined org of 30+ account executives and account managers covering our largest restaurant and enterprise partners. Sizing that leadership bench up and down with the business has been as much a part of the job as growing revenue. Day to day, that means building sales leadership capability by hiring, coaching, and developing first-line managers so they can run their own books of business and their own people; setting go-to-market strategy and revenue targets for one of DoorDash's largest enterprise advertising segments; and scaling team structure deliberately as the business grows.
