A business operator-minded, bilingual (Eng/Jpn) corporate lawyer and business advisor with past experiences as corporate innovator, development engineer, systems analyst, researcher, and nonprofit entrepreneur. My experiences span a range of industries: HVAC/building management, AI/IoT, manufacturing, biomanufacturing, and defense at global corporations and a national laboratory as well as education at a nonprofit. By leveraging my legal and technical skills together with my business acumen, I strive to create new value for organizations of all types and sizes. In the future, as a believer in benefit corporations and a proponent of the circular economy, I hope to support organizations from startups to Fortune 500s and even academia/government open new opportunities that can also make a positive impact.
