About

The Job Sauce helps people land dream jobs and companies land dream employees. I spend most of my time making sure we find the best possible candidate-company fit, and that our processes/ tech allow us to do it at scale. I also use my extensive training as a performance coach to help our hiring managers and executives get “unstuck” and cause breakthroughs in their effectiveness. I know what makes an ideal candidate across a broad range of industries and seniority levels. Consulting with business owners has taught me what they look for in top talent (on the resume and beyond) and what raises a red flag. I get to combine all that at The Job Sauce to cause great “mutual fits” between great people and great companies.
