About

I coach Executives and Founders who want to elevate performance and expand leadership range. At one level, clients working with me dramatically accelerate a specific business goal or leadership objective. But what I'm really most driven by is helping clients see themselves differently, and what that means for the results that follow. I come from a 22 year career in investment and finance, mostly in energy and infrastructure, land and forestry, food and agriculture, in climate and sustainability-driven themes. These years gave me a front row seat to how 'people factors' are, by far, the biggest lever in business results. And the part of business and investing that I found myself the most wanting to work with. Send me a message if you know there's more in you or your team. And you crave a first conversation exploring how.
