Previously, I supported the supply chain division at Loblaw Companies Limited, where I played a key role in scaling the transport fleet’s headcount from 80 to 670. I also led onboarding and mentorship for all new hires within the TA team and spearheaded several process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
