Andrew has over a decade of executive recruiting experience, with a focus on hyper-growth technology companies. He’s spent his time in both Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, working on providing some of the most disruptive, bleeding-edge tech companies with top-tier talent, efficiently and effectively. After 5+ years as a recruiter, in 2017, he joined Austin Russell’s blossoming LiDAR outfit Luminar Technologies, leading executive recruiting efforts and learning as much as possible about the extremely relevant and topical autonomy/ADAS vehicle market. He built an infrastructure to scale and witnessed a successful IPO from a company that, quite literally, started in a garage. Through this experience, Andrew expanded upon his already-successful recruiting experience by gaining a holistic understanding of recruiting in hyper-growth mode. The lessons learned while operating in a trial-by-fire environment directly inform his newest venture, Next Frontier Search as well as the growing JEDI Search. He founded and operates both firms.
