My background spans university recruiting, early-stage startups, tech, human resources, social impact and beyond — all centered around creating meaningful connection. At Sprig, I’m focused on building community around user researchers — the people who uncover what makes products truly resonate and help teams make them even better. They’re endlessly curious, deeply empathetic, and often the quiet force behind great user experiences. I love creating the conditions for them to come together, share ideas, and move the field forward.
