About

As the child of immigrants, I’ve seen my parents and others struggle with their finances. I’ve dedicated my career in strategy to financial services companies with a mission to close the retirement/financial planning gap in America by helping financial advisors build amazing businesses and provide advice to clients like you and me. Currently, I’m the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Osaic, one of the largest independent broker/dealer networks with more than 10,000 advisors and lead for Osaic’s NextGen Council. We provide the support and services for growth oriented advisors to build amazing businesses. Previously I was at TIAA and Nuveen (TIAA's asset manager) in strategy, strategic planning, and business management roles as well as a management consultant at Kearney. I also serve on the boards of the Forte Foundation’s Alumni Leadership Council and the Houston-based Vietnamese Culture and Science Association. When I’m not spending time getting some z’s as a first time mom, I’m a terrible volleyball player and love watching new romantic comedies (Emily in Paris anyone?) or murder mysteries on Netflix.
