Launched the Kiva Zip pilot program at Kiva in late 2011, to crowdfund 0% interest loans to small business owners in Kenya and the United States. Grew the team to 50 people who crowdfunded $25M in loans to 4,500 small business owners in all 50 states, crowdfunded by over 100,000 individual lenders.
