About

I am a physician-scientist in dermatology who has trained as a physicist and bioengineer. I am interested in engineering novel therapeutics for infectious and autoimmune skin diseases using multidisciplinary approaches. My research encompasses structural and computational biology, microbiology, and fundamental skin immunology. Clinically, I plan to subspecialize in immunodermatology and rheumatologic dermatology. As a physician-scientist, I hope to integrate state-of-the-art structural studies with data-driven approaches to uncover molecular mechanisms of pathophysiology and combine clinical knowledge with quantitative methodology to translate treatments from the bench to the bedside.
