Ashley Nowicki is the Managing Partner of Alpenglow Ventures, an early-stage fund with expertise in sales, scaling, and succession planning. She previously served as a Partner at Prime Movers Lab, focused on early and growth-stage startups in critical scientific sectors such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, manufacturing, human augmentation, aerospace, and agriculture. Ashley was also an Expert-In-Residence at First Round Capital, working alongside over 100 Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A founders to rapidly scale, make critical hires, build company culture, and optimize operations. Ashley brings extensive experience in recruiting and operations, specializing in building and retaining world-class teams for publicly traded and venture-backed companies, including Instagram, Meta Connectivity, NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, GOAT Group, Leap Motion, and Bolt Financial.
