I'm driven to create things that don't exist yet, and to bring people together and help them do more than they believed possible. My perspective combines decades of intense, project based technological experimentation with a "big picture" awareness of how people, tech, and the world interrelate. I excel in fast paced environments with interesting, potentially impossible problems to solve. For three years at NuVu I worked with high school students to take multiple simultaneous projects from idea to working prototypes in two week immersive classes. This included teaching everything they needed: Electronics, CAD, Robotics, Programming and more. I use a modular approach, to make it easier to break problems down, and make it easier to improve then end result over time. This also allows for better parallel workflows, better debugging, and integrated fallback plans for critical path items. I have extensive experience working as a communication facilitator and conflict resolver in high pressure, time critical situations. I work hard to get to know how people I'm working with communicate, and how they relate to the world to help me work more effectively with them. I enjoy leading projects,
