With over 23 years of experience in technical recruiting and human resource services, I am a seasoned AI recruiter who specializes in using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to optimize recruiter strategies, employer branding, and resource augmentation for start-up software, webservices, and Fintech companies. As a founding member of CardinalTalent.ai, a leading AI-powered recruiting platform, I have led a team of 4-6 recent college grads, a team of two in the Philippines, and a dedicated team of sourcers via an India-based contractor, successfully sourcing and placing technical professionals and management for various clients in the emerging fields of cryptocurrency, NFTs, blockchain, and financial services Fintech. I am also a passionate learner and a victim of identity theft who has developed a keen interest in cybersecurity.
