About

I'm passionate about empowering humans to live more fulfilling and happy lives, and in practice that looks like coaching and training combine with technology. I care about virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and any form of educational software. As well as a transformation coach, I am a software engineer, and also have the ability to communicate technical information to people who aren't technically savvy. I am excited by wearable technology, biofeedback and human excellence. My work across different fields can be seen here as well as some of my volunteer experience. I am passionate about understanding habits, thoughts and how humans can excel, both in terms of goals, as well as in states of well being, smiles, and kindness. I have run programs, seminars and workshops in positive psychology coaching, mindfulness and self-awareness around the world. You can view testimonials of my coaching work here:
