A professional data driven executive with experience operating and building teams in complex environments. Most recently I've been focusing on front of house as much as possible to help companies grow by: - establishing strong processes and facilitating communication across teams, - establishing a deal desk to increase transparency and visibility for stakeholders, - eliminating unnecessary obstacles by working with all decision making stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product), - developing and overseeing implementation of sales training programs, - working with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to collect customer feedback and create detailed product roadmaps and technical specifications. My experience operating in regulated industries such as finance and money transmission helps me build faster because I don't have to invest as much time into reinventing the wheel. I love to learn from and work with experienced people who like to be the change!
