About

Outcome-driven Product Manager with hands-on experience building AI, B2B SaaS, and smart home experiences across enterprise and consumer markets. At Microsoft, I’m improving the accuracy and reliability of Enterprise Copilot for XX M+ daily active users by designing offline evaluation metrics for large language models and refining model system prompts. Previously at ecobee, I authored an M0 concept PRD for a high-margin accessory and defined Smart Security subscription tiers through competitive analysis and customer segmentation. Across these roles, I’ve combined data-driven decision-making, user-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact; whether in GenAI systems, IoT ecosystems, or SaaS products. Passionate about building products that empower users, leverage data responsibly, and shape the next generation of intelligent tools.
