Prior to starting Union, Samvit was the Founder and Co-Chairman of Destiny, an investment company that provides public access to the private tech markets. Destiny's flagship fund went public on the NYSE (NYSE:DXYZ), after raising $100m from private investors. Before founding Destiny, Samvit was the Founder and Co-CEO of Forge, a global private securities marketplace building trading, custody, and data infrastructure to meet the needs of high-growth unicorn companies, employees, and investors. Forge went public on the NYSE for $2B in 2022, after raising over $250m from private investors and acquiring two companies. Prior to starting Forge, Samvit was one of the youngest founders to go through Y Combinator at the age of 19.
