As a Vistage Chair, I support CEOs in achieving the extraordinary results they want. Our CEO Peer Advisory Board is focused on helping its members increase their capacity to create those results. I facilitate peer collaboration, advise businesses and provide leadership training. Having founded and grown several companies over the course of my career, one of which I took from infancy to being publicly held, I have worked through the challenging decisions company leaders face. I have made the mistakes, and eventually realized that growing as a leader meant learning to be independent of my rigid thought patterns; I needed to purposely disrupt my leadership skills to achieve the lofty goals I had set for myself and my organization.
