I've spent the last 15 years building and managing client relationships — from VIP accounts at LegalZoom to corporate purchasing partnerships at Grainger — with a focus on training teams, improving processes, and driving measurable results along the way. I love the parts of the job that involve untangling a problem for a customer and making the experience easier than they expected. More recently, I completed an intensive software engineering program and built a working CRM application, which gave me a much deeper appreciation for how product and engineering teams think — something I bring into how I support customers today. I'm looking for a remote Customer Success role where relationship-building and problem-solving make a real difference for the people I work with.
