About

I spent 20 years in HR and People leadership at startups & enterprise building cultures that scale. What I talk about: → How People Leaders can turn offsites into a real culture strategy (not just a fun trip) → What I learned scaling teams 0→1 that most HR playbooks don't cover → The real ROI of in-person gatherings — and how to make the business case for event budgets
