I'm in it to keep my promise to the little boy who scrapped all his birthday presents—perfectly working toys—to build his own contraptions. I didn't always succeed; in fact, I failed most times. But why would that stop me? Back during the dark ages (a time before Wi-Fi), I cooked up my own little recipe book, documenting every observation: how motors have copper coils or how electricity makes bubbles in salt water. While I didn’t yet understand the magic behind it all, I promised myself that one day I would uncover the true mechanics of my curiosities. That same curiosity pushed me to build robots that would lead to world domination for my 7th-grade STEM exhibition. Soon enough my friends became interested in my toys, and so I started my school's very own robotics and programming club to share in my passion. It was there that I realized the most fulfilling part wasn’t just the technology in of itself, but working on exciting projects with like-minded people. From there, I went on to found a science and technology club, launch a general school website, and eventually dive into rocketry, helping develop the first hybrid rocket engine in Bangladesh.
