To my 20-something year olds, I have always had a soft spot for anyone who is trying their best, to do their best. Because I know that for many, trying to balance school, career, life, relationships, health, and everything else in between - it just feels impossible sometimes. It can feel too much. It can feel too heavy. And it feels like you're lost. I am no stranger to this - my career has been anything but linear. Once upon a time, I was this lost and confused kid trying to get his shit together. So much of it was spent feeling confused and lost, unsure of what comes next. I was lucky though - through all the setbacks, I made my way in the world. Through second chances, mentors, cousins, and an amazing support system that were my friends - I made my way in the world. Not only was my career grown at some pretty cool places, but I was lucky to be advised, mentored, taught, and supported by some of the softest people. And I knew that eventually when the time came, I would need to do the same for the next generation to come. And that's my story. No matter what it looked like, no matter how small my actions were - everything you've seen in my career, every project I've been a part of,
