Tech lead manager for the Natural Language Understanding team at Moveworks, building and improving AI systems to understand every kind of enterprise issue. We help employee service departments (like IT and HR) resolve frustratingly common issues instantly and autonomously, and our systems accelerate resolution of the rest. Besides developing enterprise AI, I enjoy teaching, drumming, and designing "serious games", i.e. games that teach a real-world skill or body of knowledge, persuade people to care about something, or model a real-world system worth understanding better.
